DAL Construction, LLC was established in Virginia in 1984 by the owner, Mr. Dennis A. LeBlanc, and is a certified SBA SDVOSB company.
Mr. LeBlanc was in business until 1997 and then slowly made his way into another career, in the construction industry, while still looking for opportunities for his company. In 2009, Viteri Construction Management saw the opportunity to do business with DAL Construction, LLC and became a 49% partner of the company. With years of experience, DAL’s owner Mr. LeBlanc has worked on a multitude of different projects that has enabled him to gain tremendous knowledge and experience in all trades of construction. Viteri Construction, as a partner of DAL Construction, will utilize their technical experience, financial and bonding support, subcontractor management and administrative knowledge to support DAL in the contract requirements.
